Vertical commerce product

Acil Kaşeniz

A vertical commerce product I built around a real customer problem: buyers need a stamp quickly but often do not know the correct model, dimensions, or line capacity.

Context

The product behind the interface.

Context

Many customers need a stamp quickly but do not know the model, dimensions, line count, or exact information required for their profession.

Problem

A generic catalog leaves the customer to translate a real-world need into technical product terminology. That creates friction before price, design approval, and fulfilment even begin.

My role

I turned the existing stamp-making operation into a structured online product, owning product architecture, catalog and search, guided selection, the sizing calculator, checkout and support paths, analytics, and organic discovery.

What I built

A complete working flow.

  • A searchable catalog organised by product and professional use case
  • Transparent price, preparation, delivery, and payment information
  • An interactive line and size calculator with live preview
  • Cart, checkout, WhatsApp support, and order-follow-up paths
  • Structured product and service pages connected to real inventory
  • GA4 and Search Console measurement around discovery and purchase intent

Product and technical decisions

The choices that shaped the system.

01

Guide before asking for commitment

The calculator and profession-led entry points help customers form the right request before they reach checkout or support.

02

Put operational promises in the interface

Preparation cut-offs, delivery, price, and payment choices are product information, not small-print details to reveal later.

03

Let support complement commerce

WhatsApp is useful for files and design approval, while the catalog and checkout keep the transaction understandable and repeatable.

What the system enables

What the system makes possible.

  • Customers can move from an uncertain need to a concrete product choice
  • Pricing and fulfilment expectations are visible before contact
  • Search discovery connects to real product and checkout paths

Challenge

A specialist physical product carries many edge cases, but exposing every exception at once would make the buying experience harder.

What I learned

The best commerce interface often teaches just enough domain knowledge for the customer to make the next decision confidently.
